Filing For Divorce

The Shah Law Firm will work with you to prepare your divorce petition and any supporting documents and get your divorce filed in a timely fashion.

Discovery

We will work with the other side to obtain financial disclosures and other necessary information to help address and resolve all outstanding issues in your case. For example, financial information will be exchanged by the parties to determine maintenance, child support and/or property division.

Custody/Parental Allocation

Do you have kids under the age of 18? The Shah Law Firm, LLC will work with you and the other party to come up with the best custody arrangement that works for your particular situation and allow you and your ex to co-parent as successfully as possible.

Settlement or Trial
